the incident started this morning around 11:30 in the 700 block of frederick baltimore county police officer noticed the suspect sitting inside a stolen car behind a business.....whee he approached the vehicle the suspect drove off.....that's when the officer shot him......the suspect ended up in the upper parking lot behind the school.....
